How to Delete Your ERIKALUST Account

At ERIKALUST, we respect your privacy and understand that you may wish to delete your account. The account deletion process depends on which ERIKALUST platform you use.

ERIKALUST.com and XConfessions

You can delete your account directly from your account settings.

To permanently delete your account:

1. Log in to your account.

2. Go to My Account.

3. Click Delete Account.

4. Follow the instructions to confirm the deletion.

Important: Your subscription must be inactive

You can only delete your account once you do not have an active subscription.

If you have canceled your subscription but your current billing period has not yet ended, you will still have access to the content until the end of that billing period. Your account can only be deleted after your subscription has fully expired.

If you try to delete your account while your Premium subscription is still active, you will see the following message:

Your Premium subscription is still active.

You’ll be able to delete your account once your Premium subscription ends.

Want to cancel it now?
Just head to the Subscription section and follow the steps. Once canceled, this button will let you delete your account with a single click.

Lust Cinema, Else Cinema and The Store by ERIKALUST

Account deletion is not currently available as a self-service option on Lust Cinema, Else Cinema, or The Store by ERIKALUST.

If you would like to delete your account on any of these platforms, please contact our Customer Care team at support@erikalust.com using the email address associated with your account.

Please include:

• The email address registered to your account

• A brief confirmation that you would like to permanently delete your account

• The platform from which you would like your account deleted

Important: Your subscription must be inactive

Before your account can be deleted, you must have no active subscription on the platform.

If you have canceled your subscription, please note that cancellation does not immediately end your access. You will continue to have access to the content until the end of your current billing period. Your account can only be deleted once the subscription has fully expired.

Important Information Before Deleting Your Account

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

• You will lose access to your account and any subscription-based content.

• For The Store by ERIKALUST, deleting your account is permanent and you will lose access to your purchased content.

• Purchases from The Store by ERIKALUST are non-refundable. Deleting your account does not make you eligible for a refund for any previous purchases.

• If you have an active subscription, you must wait until it has fully expired before your account can be deleted.
