What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments in either Euros or US Dollars, and once your payment is processed, it will automatically convert to your local currency.
You can view available payment methods when purchasing from our store.
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Diners Club), PayPal (via our billing provider Epoch), and other options like Debit Card Maestro, SOFORT bank transfer, and Discover Card.
Please note, all payments are processed securely through our external billing provider, Epoch.
My payment was rejected - what should I do?
If your payment fails multiple times, it may be because your bank is blocking payments to Epoch, as some banks consider this billing system risky due to its association with adult sites.
We recommend contacting your bank or Epoch directly to resolve the issue. We do not have access to your payment information. You can reach Epoch’s support team at billing@epoch.com or through their live chat or phone support: Epoch Billing Support.
Can you guarantee my privacy?
Your privacy is important to us. Neither our billing provider nor we will share your email or any other personal information with third parties or display it on our website.
Payments are processed in a secure, encrypted environment that complies with the European Data Protection Act. Our billing provider ensures 100% security through various protection methods, including data encryption, automatic session closure, and firewalls.
We do not share user information with third parties, and our billing provider does not send marketing emails to customers.
What will appear on my credit card or bank statement?
The charge will appear as either “Lust Productions” or “E L Store” on your statement.
How do I use a promotional code?
To use a promotional code, enter it in the voucher field at checkout and click “OK.” Please note, promotional codes cannot be used during special sales events (e.g., Christmas, Valentine’s Day promotions), but you can use your code once the promotion ends.
Can I return a digital download?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for digital downloads that have already been watched or downloaded, as per legal guidelines.
Refunds are not available unless there is an issue with the movie or download link.
