I purchased a subscription to Erika Lust, but I cannot access my account. What should I do?


If you’re unable to access your account after purchasing a subscription, please follow these steps to resolve the issue:



1. Verify You Are on the Correct Platform


Ensure you are attempting to log in to the correct website based on your subscription:

    •    Erika Lust: If your subscription is for Erika Lust, log in at watch.erikalust.com.

    •    XConfessions: For an XConfessions subscription, log in at xconfessions.com.

    •    Lust Cinema: If your subscription is for Lust Cinema, visit lustcinema.com.

    •    Else Cinema: For Else Cinema, log in at elsecinema.com.

    •    Individual Purchases: If you purchased movies or series, access your content at store.erikalust.com.
