Are ERIKALUST sex scenes scripted or improvised?

Many of our sex scenes are freestyle. The story and characters are written, but we don’t script the sex shot by shot, so there’s room for real pleasure, chemistry, and spontaneity, always in character. What is never improvised is consent. Before filming, the production agrees with each performer on what they will and won’t do, and this is written into a signed contract. Each performer’s limits are part of the planning, and the freestyle happens within them.

We usually have several conversations during the creative process, and one right before shooting. In that last talk, we go back over what was agreed so anyone can change, remove, or add something. One of our intimacy coordinators usually leads this process from start to finish. They look after the safety and mental wellbeing of the performers and, at times, of the rest of the team, helping everyone work with respect and responsibility toward each other.
